Rufus Harley Jr. the world's first Jazz Bagpipe Virtuoso. Harley modified an ancient instrument by tuning his drones producing harmonizing notes to F and B-Flat to play with other musicians. Harley mastered the art of taking nine notes and unconventionally creating a sound that would live on for ages.
