Sister Noah-Harmony S. Harley is the youngest daughter of Rufus Harley Jr. Continuing onward with her father's vision for sustained education, She recently graduated c/o 2020 from The University of The District of Columbia, School of Business and Public Administration earning her Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Currently, she is student at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music a music industry essentials program at NYU-TISCH. Fulfilling her purpose as a creative entrepreneur and futurist cultivating music, art, business & technology in the 21st century.
She is the Executive Director for The Rufus Harley Foundation, Inc. & Owner of Magnolia Park Group. The mission of these organizations is composed of programming and activities that usher from and build on the foundation of Rufus Harley’s musical philosophy and worldview.
