The world's first jazz bagpiper
In 2001, Harley and son Messiah performed for Coffeyville Community College, and athletic department. Inviting son America up to perform with them, a student at that time, inside the performance hall theater in Coffeyville, Kansas.
Miles Clemons the grandson of the late Rufus Harley. He started playing piano at the age of 7. He is classically trained but was bitten by the jazz bug. On top of his classical he started to learn jazz on piano in six grade.
Miles has been awarded many superior ratings for his classical and jazz piano over the years. Some of his favorite classical composers are Mozart, Bach, and Chopin. He some of his favorite jazz pianist are Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson, and Michel Legrand.
America the second youngest son of Rufus Harley will be featured on an international mini-documentary.
