Overview
The musical jazz legacy of ancestor Rufus Harley will be reintroduced to listeners throughout the world, through the Rufus Harley Foundation. The RHF will be composed of programming and activities that usher from and build on the foundation of Rufus Harley’s musical philosophy of peace, love freedom and harmony.
Purpose
To preserve Harley's music for educational purposes and for the next generation of musicians around the world.

Mission
To continue the work of Rufus Harley Jr. and his philosophy and belief of liberty and freedom to the nation. Delivering it through his music, particularly through the bagpipes and the liberty bell to be extended to effect change in people's narrative into one of unity and dignity.
Vision
To grow-up a new generation of ambassadors of culture and freedom through the Rufus Harley philosophy of Justice, Liberty, and Freedom. By marrying jazz and universalism with young people they will be taught to create a sustaining new world that is human and beneficial for everyone.
